#Paedophile : High Level Paedophile Ring !

Also, concerning Jersey. There's a link below with regards to the three policemen who supposedly killed themselves within 4 days of each other. It's not mentioned in the article but Neil Munro was alleged to have been investigating the yachting community, following claims that children from the Jersey homes were being loaned out to wealthy yachtsmen. Richard Fuller was a member of the security team looking after Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall. Michael Todd's being linked to the North Wales care home abuse investigation. I wouldn't be surprised if these care home allegations are all linked. Kincora, Islington, North Wales, Jersey, Leicester etc.

I've also heard that Leon Brittan's name kept being brought up during the Jason Swift murder investigation. Jason Swift was once in a care home in Islington.

A lot of people know about what's been going on in the care homes but they just can't get to the people involved. How many children have been harmed and how many people have died trying to expose them?

#JimmySavile : The Dark Side..

OK. So here’s something that’s being doing the rounds for years ….

“One of the rumours that Britain came to be in the EU, under such disastrous terms, was because Edward Heath was allegedly a cuprophiliac, he would regularly take boys from certain care homes away on his boat for weekends.

His sheets had to be perfectly white, clean ironed and perfumed, Heaths obsession with this made the boats name ‘Morning Cloud’ the subject of many in house jokes, nevertheless he was seriously warned 4 times by the police for hanging around public toilets, special branch had to appoint a man especially to protect him, it was Liberal party Leader Jeremy Thorpes threat to bring down Edward Heath and a big bunch of other politicians, which got him off the Norman Scott attempted murder court case. The name ‘Mr. Eddy’ was well known on Hampstead Heath and the boys home nearby in the seventies.”

“ALLEGEDLY a source spoke to one of his victims and he said about others who were present, and more important, who was supplying the children to him.

The person bringing children for him to abuse was Sir Jimmy Savile.

He was seen by the witness, victim, taking young boys onboard Heaths yacht the Morning Cloud when they were at party conference. Saville is known for supplying a number of high profile MP’s with children for them to sexually abuse.”
Make of that, what you will and JS has always denied ever visiting the Haut de la Garenne children’s home in Jersey. Why would he do that? In 2008, The Sun published a picture of him there, with a group of children, but were forced to remove it by Jimmy Savile’s laywers when they served The Sun with an injunction.

I know the picture exists. I’ve seen it …. and so have you if you’ve read this post.

#Jersey : Child Porn Judges - Judicial Complaints has investigated 1,434 complaints against judges, magistrates and other judicial office holders...

"The Lord Chancellor has been forced to disclose that he holds a list of judges disciplined for misuse of their computers, including viewing pornography.

The ruling on disclosure by Richard Thomas, the Information Commissioner, comes after Lord Falconer of Thoroton’s ministry, the Department for Constitutional Affairs, refused to divulge the number and rank of judges and magistrates who have been disciplined. But Mr Thomas said: “It is important for the public to know and be assured that the Lord Chancellor [now the Office for Judicial Complaints] thoroughly investigates each and every allegation of computer misuse by judges.”

At first, the department admitted it had held the information but refused to provide it, claiming that it was exempt under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Then it refused to confirm whether or not it even held the information.

But in his recent finding, the commissioner concluded that to disclose that the information is held would lead to “greater transparency, due to the public’s right to know that serious complaints against judges (such as complaints about computer misuse) are thoroughly investigated and appropriately punished”.

The finding continued: “This knowledge of transparency would reinforce public confidence in the Lord Chancellor’s ability effectively to supervise the judiciary. A greater loss of confidence in the Lord Chancellor would arise from the public’s being ‘left in the dark’ on the true state of affairs.”

Responsibility for complaints and disciplining of judges has since been handed over to the Office for Judicial Complaints. A spokesman for the new Ministry of Justice confirmed that it has the information but is refusing to release it.

In its first ten months, the Office for Judicial Complaints has investigated 1,434 complaints against judges, magistrates and other judicial office holders, but no breakdown has been given as to how many relate to judicial misconduct.

#HautdelaGarenne And Jimmy Savile. How Long before people Start Talking?

National treasure Jimmy Savile is dead. Without meaning to puncture the respectful atmosphere, given all the eulogising going on it is perhaps worth remembering that there was a dark side to this family entertainer too.

Savile, star of children’s television favourite Jim’ll Fix It, sued the Sun in 2008 over a series of articles linking him to Haut de la Garenne, the Jersey children’s home where human remains were found and children were allegedly tortured and sexually abused. He initially denied ever visiting the home, despite photographic evidence to the contrary.

In fact, Savile had close links to managers at the home. A journalist who reported on the case told me there are gruesome revelations waiting to surface that no newspaper felt able to publish at the time, given UK libel more

Child Porn Sites Taken Down By Anonymous

I'm sure many of the names are minions, not members of the elites who are the biggest offenders and perps.

Members of the Anonymous hacktivist movement are claiming responsibility for taking down more than 40 secret child-pornography websites and leaking the names of more than 1,500 members of one of the illegal sites.

The Anonymous campaign began Oct. 14, when members of the hacktivist group found a cache of child-pornography websites while browsing a secret website called the Hidden Wiki, a guidebook to hundreds of underground websites invisible to search engines and regular Internet users. The hackers singled out Lolita City, a file-sharing site used by pedophiles, and leaked the names of the site's 1,589 active members to Pastebin on Tuesday (Oct. 18), the Examiner reported.

Member of Anonymous deciding to hack a website whose stance they don't agree with is by no means shocking news. In the past year, Anonymous-affiliated hackers have gone after the New York Stock Exchange, the Westboro Baptist Church, the Recording Industry Association of America and government sites in Malaysia, Egypt, Tunisia and Zimbabwe.

However, in targeting child pornography sites, and in explaining its methods of attack, these Anonymous-affiliated hackers have revealed a deeply disturbing side of the Internet unknown to most people.

The so-called "darknet," from which this "Operation Darknet" hacking campaign takes its name, is any part of the Internet that is hidden from view — not just hard to reach, but deliberately concealed. In this instance, a darknet appears to have grown out of the free TOR routing service, which offers anonymous, encrypted Web browsing to any user.

The TOR-based darknet has reportedly grown into a private, encrypted constellation of websites offering a variety of shady and illegal services, from fake IDs and steroids to email hacking and tip on how to call in police raids as pranks. There's even a hidden site called "The Last Box" that bills itself as an "Assassination Market."

Only computers that have installed TOR browser plug-ins can access the TOR-based darknet, including its guidebook the Hidden Wiki, the security site Infosec Island reported.

In another Pastebin posting, the hackers explained that their campaign against the child pornography sites took root when they found a site listed on the Hidden Wiki called "Hard Candy," which "was dedicated to links to child pornography." The group delved deeper and discovered that nearly all of the pornography sites listed on the Hidden Wiki "shared a digital fingerprint with the shared hosting server at Freedom Hosting."

The Anonymous-affiliated hackers then issued a warning to Freedom Hosting asking it to remove the child pornography links from its server. Freedom Hosting did not comply, so the group, at approximately 11:30 p.m. (CST) on Oct. 14 shutdown Freedom Hosting's server. Freedom Hosting restored service the following day, but it was attacked and taken down again that night.

In its statement, the Anonymous members explained their goals and how they aim to achieve them through repeated pressure and consistent online attacks.

"The owners and operators at Freedom Hosting are openly supporting child pornography and enabling pedophiles to view innocent children, fueling their issues and putting children at risk of abduction, molestation, rape and death," the message said. "For this, Freedom Hosting has been declared #OpDarknet Enemy Number One. By taking down Freedom Hosting, we are eliminating 40+ child pornography websites, among these is Lolita City, one of the largest child pornography websites to date containing more than 100 GB of child pornography. We will continue to not only crash Freedom Hosting's server, but any other server we find to contain, promote, or support child pornography."

The statement added a demand to Freedom Hosting and other Web servers hosting child pornography.

"Remove all child pornography content from your servers. Refuse to provide hosting services to any website dealing with child pornography. This statement is not just aimed at Freedom Hosting, but everyone on the Internet. It does not matter who you are, if we find you to be hosting, promoting, or supporting child pornography, you will become a target."

#Jersey Child Abuse: #LisaIrwin

For those who are aware that BOTH McCann and the Jersey Abuse scandal are Goverment cover-ups may be interested in the baby Lisa Irwin case unfolding now in America. Cadaver dogs have indicated to the scent of death in the home the mother 'claims' the child was abducted from. Not yet confirmed but footage briefly seen on this video looks like it could well be Martin Grime and his cadaver dog Eddie.

Half way through the video footage that the media were asked NOT to film BUT I am glad they did, a spaniel with the same markings as Eddie can be seen.

#Kansas #US #Bishop charged with failing to report abuse

Bishop Robert Finn and the Diocese of Kansas City ~ St. Joseph have been indicted with by a Jackson Co. grand jury.

Both parties were charged with the two misdemeanor counts of  "Failure of Mandated Reporter to Report" in relation to the case of  Fr. Shawn Ratigan.

Jackson County prosecutor Jean Peters Bakers said the charges are not about the Catholic faith, they're about protecting children.

"The defendant was a mandated reporter, and had reasonable cause to suspect a child may be subject to abuse," said Peters Baker

It is the first time that a U.S. bishop has been indicted in connection to such a case.

DOCUMENTS | Read the full indictment

The indictment said that Diocese and Finn had "reasonable cause to suspect that a child may be subjected to abuse due to: previous knowledge of concerns regarding Fr. Ratigan and children; the discovery of hundreds of photographs of children on Fr. Ratigan's laptop, including a child's naked vagina, upskirt images and other images focused on the crotch; and violations of restrictions on Father Ratigan."

The charges were filed on October 6, 2011.

According to a news release from the diocese, "Jean Paul Bradshaw and Tom Bath, counsel for the diocese, entered a plea of not guilty for the diocese. According to Gerald Handley and J.R. Hobbs, counsel for Bishop Finn, the bishop also entered a plea of not guilty."
Handley, Finn's attorney, said in the release that "Bishop Finn denies any criminal wrongdoing and has cooperated at all stages with law enforcement, the grand jury, the prosecutor’s office, and the Graves Commission. We will continue our efforts to resolve this matter.”
Finn released the following statement:
“Months ago after the arrest of Shawn Ratigan, I pledged the complete cooperation of the diocese and accountability to law enforcement. We have carried this out faithfully. Diocesan staff and I have given hours of testimony before grand juries, delivered documents, and answered questions fully.
”More importantly, to address the issues that led to this crisis, I reinforced and expanded diocesan procedures. We added the position of ombudsman, effectively moving the ‘gatekeeper function’ outside the Chancery and under the authority of an independent public liaison, a skilled and experienced former prosecutor. I commissioned the Graves Report to accomplish a full independent investigation of the policies and events that led to this crisis. I ordered the report to be published in its entirety for the sake of full transparency.
” Today, the Jackson County Prosecutor issued these charges against me personally and against the Diocese of Kansas City-St Joseph. For our part, we will meet these announcements with a steady resolve and a vigorous defense.
” I ask the prayerful support and unity of our priests, our people, the parishes, and the Catholic institutions. With continued dedication, we will persevere in the many good works that are the hallmark of the faithful people of the diocese throughout its 27 counties and nearly 150-year heritage. With ever stronger determination, we will form, teach, and protect children and care for the spiritual and material needs of people who look daily to the diocese for assistance.
” With deep faith, we will weather this storm and never cease to fulfill our mission, even in moments of adversity."

Finn, 58, has led the Diocese of Kansas City – St. Joseph since May of 2005 as the sixth bishop of the diocese.   Prior to that, Finn served as a Catholic priest for 26 years.

He graduated from St. Louis Preparatory Seminary, Cardinal Glennon College, North American College in Rome and St. Louis University finishing with Master’s degrees in Theology and Education Administration.

Finn has a number of roles beyond just leading the Diocese of Kansas City – St. Joseph.  He is the consultant to the Pro-Life Secretariat and the Bishops Committee on Domestic Justice and Human Development with the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops.

He also is president of the Institute on Religious Life and a board member of the John Paul II Institute for Stem Cell Research.

Finn’s troubles began in 2008 when a group of 47 people alleged clergy within the diocese sexually abused them.   The allegations also included that church leaders had knowledge of the abuse but did not report it or act on it.  Victims alleged cover-ups on the part of Finn and the other Catholic leaders.

The Diocese of Kansas City – St. Joseph settled with that group for $10 million dollars.  Beyond the monetary commitment, the diocese agreed to 19 promises to reform the way abuse allegations are reported, processed and handled.

That suit named at 10 clergy members.  The allegations stem from events that occurred between the 1950s and the 1980s.

Attorney Rebecca Randles, a co-counselor on the case broke down the claims against each member of the clergy:  Bishop Joseph Hart (6), Msgr. Thomas O'Brien (24), Fr. Thomas Reardon (22), Fr. Hugh Monahan (8), Fr.
