Jones

Worth a listen to this clip. DS Stan Jones speaks about the case. Starts at around 2.08

The following comments have been made by Mike Tesko and do not relate to bb2010.

(Mike Tesko) - But these were added to show that DS Jones has a lot of questions to answer for, and that his evidence given during any interview for BBC Radio Essex should be treated with caution...

(comments made by Administrator / moderator for the attention of anyone seeking to know the truth about what took place)...

The Reader should be aware that DS "Stan" Jones falsified the entries in his pocketbook - here is a copy of the front cover of his pocketbook, which contains his evidence in connection with his invo0lvement in this case - note that there are THREE SEPARATE START DATES for entries he made, within the same book...

DS Jones pocketbook, was issued to him on 5th November 1984, as confirmed by the presence of the official Essex police stamp on the front cover, but he altered the start date of entries contained within it, to   (1) 4th April 1985, and 5th April 1985, respectively...

What was DS Jones doing in possession of a blank pocketbook, from 5th November 1984, until 5th April 1985?

Police officers should only have one pocketbook in their possession at any one time, and these pocketbooks are issued to police officers once their old or previous pocketbook is full, and the issue of these pocketbooks is made against signature of both the issuing officer who should be of the rank Inspector or above, which are recorded on official issuing registers kept at various police stations throughout th e district...

Police officer should made daily entries into any pocketbook that has been issued to them, including the time and date, and day of the week, and any meal breaks they take during the course of their duties...

Police officers are not allowed or permitted to make backdated entries into the pocketbook in their possession, for any reason...

Yet, her is clear evidence that DS Jones, had a pocketbook issued to him on 5th November 1984, which he did not start to use until 5th April 1985, which in turn contains his evidence about his role in the Bamber investigation from 7th August 1985, onwards...

My advice to anyone thinking about taking any notice of what DS Jones has to say about this case, as to be very cautious, because he broke all the rules imaginable regarding how entries should be made up in his notebook...

In addition, he took possession of a number of exhibits from the scene on 7ht August 1985, including items with th e following exhibit references, SBJ/2, SBJ/3 and SBJ/4...

It must follow that he also took possession of another exhibit from the scene, marked SBJ/1, on the morning of 7th August 1985...

The original silencer5 was marked by the identifying mark of SBJ/1...

On the afternoon of 9th August 1985, both DS "Stan" Jones, and DCI "Taff" Jones, visited Jeremy at his cottage at 9 Head street, Goldhanger, and questioned Jeremy about whether or not the silencer was fitted to the gun on the evening prior to the shootings, and Jeremy told them "No"...

It must therefore follwo, that Essex police knew aboyt the existence of a silencer at the scene on and by 9th August 1985...

More importantly, DS "Stan" Jones, took possession of exhibit SBJ/1 on 7th August 1985, from the scene...

SBJ/1 was the silencer which was sent to the lab' on 13th August 1985...

I would advise anyone listening to this audio recording of DS Jones speaking to bear in mind that this particular officer broke all the rules and regulations that anyone could break when compiling his pocketbook entries, and that he took possession of exhibit SBJ/1 from the scene on 7th August 1985 - which if true establishes beyond reasonable doubt that there was not just one silencer, and that if there was, it could not have been found in the gun cupboard, by David Boutflour, on 10th August 1985, because DS Jones found a silencer at the scene on and by 7th August 1985, which he and DCI Jiones spoke to jeremy about, by and on 9th August 1985...

How could DS Jones have known about the silencer, on and by 9th August 1985, if David Boutflour did not find it in the gun cupboard until 10th August 1985,. and that same silencer was not handed over to the police (to DS Jone) by Peter Eaton, until the evening of 12th August 1985?

What DS Jones and Robert Boutflour have said, and are continuing to say about this silencer is ntotal garbage...

They are responsible for lying about when, and whom, found a silencer at the scene...

DS Jones could not seize a silencer at the scene on 7th August 1985, and question Jeremy about it (SBJ/1) if David Boutflour did not find it in the gun cupboard until 10th August 1985...

Worse still, Boutflour did not actually find the silencer in the gun cupboard until 11th September 1985, because police records exist which show that he did not contact Essex police until the 11th September 1985, to report finding the silencer there on that date...

Police and relatives have lied and continue to lie about the silencers, which found their way into police possession...

You didn't and no-one is suggesting that you did...

DS Jones has got a lot of questions to answer for, including how he could have taken possession of exhibits SBJ/2, SBJ/3 and SBJ/ 4 from the scene, without also taking possession of exhibit SBJ/1, at the same time, or beforehand...

He also needs to explain why both he and DCI "Taff" Jones, questioned Jeremy about the silencer on 9th August 1985, if the police did not anything  at all about a silencer until evening of 12th August 1985?
